Lillie Johnson is a nurse, community leader, trailblazer, teacher, founder of the the Sickle Cell Association of Ontario, Recipient of numerous awards including her 2011 Order of Canada,Ontario's highest honour. Nothing can slow Ms. Lillie down she has recently published her personal memoir titled " My Dream" a true account of her rich life. By the way did I mention Ms. Lillie has just turned 93 years old! Stacy-Ann Buchanan is nothing short of a powerhouse. She is a professionally trained theater and film actress,model, host and interviewer, philanthropist, Director, Producer, Filmmaker and owner of her own company, Stacy-Ann Buchanan Productions. Recently Stacy-Ann debuted her first documentary The Blind Stigma that premiered last month at the Royal Theater. It discusses mental health within the black community by chronicling and testifying the stories of five individuals (including herself) on their trails and triumphs with mental health.
